Colorado's abortion law is written into the state constitution. A state representative cannot change it. The only way that changes is through a statewide ballot initiative — not a vote in the legislature, not an executive order, not me.
So here's my honest question back to you: do you want me spending time and energy on an issue I have zero constitutional ability to change, or do you want me focused on the things I can actually do something about in your daily life — housing costs, fees, public safety, education?
Anyone telling you they'll personally change this from a state house seat is either confused about how Colorado law works or hoping you are.
