After Five Years of Flat Test Scores, What's the Plan That's Supposed to Fix It?

▶ VIDEO GOES HERE — Ray answers this exact question, 60–90 seconds, unscripted.

Test scores aren't improving. Reading levels aren't improving. If a business had these results year after year, we wouldn't keep running the same plan and blame the customer for it — we'd change the plan.

This isn't about the teacher standing in front of a classroom doing their best with whatever they've been handed this year. It's about the people above them — the ones constantly introducing new curriculum, new methods, new frameworks — without ever going back and demanding proof the last change actually worked before rolling out the next one.

Kids aren't the problem. A system that keeps changing what it's doing without measuring whether any of it helps is the problem.

Where I Stand

Accountability for the system — curriculum, administration, school boards, and state education policy — not excuses from it, and not blame pointed at the kids or the teachers actually doing the work.

See where else I stand — or help get this in front of more people.
